Our R&D team has been busy canvassing industry leaders and clients trying to understand all the challenges REITS are facing ( post COVID, interest rates etc). It is evidence their is a major drive to improve efficiency and find opportunity rests with turning that data and information already available into insights, knowledge and wisdom. A vast majority are dealing with SaaS bound siloed data which cannot enabled organisations to see the “big picture” or adopt opportunities for AI as they can not look holistically across many data sources at once. This need to aim for centralised wisdom is expatiated by the volume of CRE workers new to their role - according to 2023 LinkedIn data, this year marks the highest job role changes for individuals identifying as working in CRE on record.
