It is PIPP.ai mission to promote and drive the movement for data democracy by empowering portfolio owners and occupiers with solutions that will lead them to data independence.
Our vision is to lead the digitalization of portfolio data globally through the provision of innovative solutions.
PIPP.ai is a strong believer that building performance data accessibility and independence is essential and as such advises all our clients to centralize their built environment data in a way that is organised and accessible on their own servers. We are a Microsoft Partner and ISV (Independent Service Vendor). Our apps are developed using Microsoft's Power Platform architecture and are deployed directly into the clients Microsoft 365 tenancy.
The Applications reside on the clients existing Microsoft 365 Platform in a deployment style referred to as APaaS (Application for Platform as a solution). This has significant advantages over SaaS offerings, such as genuine data ownership and increased Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability to maximise your enterprise databases.

Liam Murray
Cheif Executive Officer
Liam is the founding director of both PIPP.aiand Building-Performance. His insight into real estate operation, combined with Liam's IT capabilities, led to a natural desire to code and develop his own built environment apps. He developed a unique understanding of teamwork and innovation. Liam's years of frustration with the lack of clarity and ownership by major REITs, Trusts and property portfolio owners of their own building performance data has led him to look for, and create a better outcome.

Karina Dadisho
People & Culture
Karina keeps the business ticking, having spent over 15 years managing communications and Human Resources in the finance and insurance sectors, Karina has become adept to making a ship sail smoothly. She is focused on process improvement and driven to see the business continually grow. Skilled in Office 365, SharePoint and Teams, she provides direct support to the leadership team whilst also supporting the growth and happiness of the development team.

Phil Cowling
Sustainability and Business Growth Advisor
Phil has over 17 years expertise and experience in property management and has previously worked as a Chief Sustainability Officer, his responsibilities included corporate risk, innovation and engagement in acquisitions and development for a $11.5 B international Property Group. Phil has also led the Facilities, Property Projects and Development teams and was a Director of Operations. Phil works closely with Liam to drive and build new business initiatives including maintenance of existing clients and legacy bodies of work.

Global Digital Marketing Leader
Mario has a MSc degree in Marketing & Management and is currently a Managing Director- Operations at global media powerhouse Dentsu where he leads a number of Operational Excellence initiatives including media automation, tools & technology & global sourcing.
Andrew Bartlett
Portfolio Facilities Management Leader
Andrew is a Facilities and Sustainability professional with broad experience in corporate real estate, policy, strategy and asset performance. He recently held a position as the National Portfolio Sustainability Manager for a $33bn REIT.
David Ansell
Portfolio Operations Management Leader
David is an experienced Property and Asset Management operative with excess of 20 years in the industry. During this time he has held numerous Senior and National positions for some of Australia's leading institutional investors and developers including Lendlease, AMP Capital, ISPT, and Colonial First State.
