VERAA has been created as a Microsoft 365 App and can be accessed securely allowing review and edit function on any device with a internet connection. This app creates a single source of truth for all vertical transport systems within a building. By collating incumbent VT asset registers and aligning them with pre-agreed Lift components categories within the VERAA app a live, up-to-date VT asset register can be maintained by the facilities management. Incident report and Lift KPIs can be regularly uploaded to the database to maintain and overview all VT performance.
